Fixed a few buttons that weren't changing color / shape when hovered
Fixed sound and time dilation when robbing drunks in the toilet : no more waiting ( sometimes up to 1 minute for the items to drop ),
now they drop shortly after sound is finnished
Fixed Items robbed not beying saved.
Fixed the cursor delay ( it seems there are such things as Software Cursors and Hardware Cursors
