น้ำ (ใบเฟิร์น-พิมพ์ชนก) สาวน้อย ม.1 วัย 14 หน้าตาธรรมดาๆ กระเดียดไปทางไม่สวย หรือเรียกง่ายๆ ว่า ขี้เหร่นั่นแหละ แต่เธอดันไปแอบชอบ พี่โชน (มาริโอ เมาเร่อ) พี่ม.4 ที่หล่อ เท่ ที่สุดในโรงเรียน แล้วแถมยังใจดีอีกตะหาก ทำให้น้ำมีคู่แข่งเป็นสาวๆ ทั้ง ม.ต้นและ ม.ปลาย ที่มีแต่คนสวยๆ เต็มไปหมด แต่น้ำไม่ยอมแพ้ง่ายๆ เธอพยายามลุยทำทุกอย่าง สู้ทุกรูปแบบเพื่อที่จะ....เก่ง...และ...สวย แล้วเด่นขึ้นในโรงเรียนให้ได้ เพราะแอบหวังในใจเล็กๆ ว่าถ้าทำสำเร็จพี่โชนอาจจะหันมามองเธอซักครั้ง
น้ำ ทำตั้งแต่ เอามะขามเปียกมาขัดผิว สมัครเป็นนางรำแม้จะถูกคัดออก หัดเป่าคาริเน็ตแล้วสมัครเข้าวงโยธวาทิตเพื่อที่จะได้อยู่ใกล้ๆ พี่โชน ด้วยความช่วยเหลือของเพื่อนๆ แก๊งหน้าแย่ ในที่สุดน้ำก็ได้เป็นดรัมเมเยอร์มือหนึ่งของโรงเรียน จนตอนที่เรียนอยู่ม.3.........เธอได้เป็นดาวของโรงเรียน จริงๆ!!!!! น้ำตกเป็นเป้าสายตาของหนุ่มๆ ทั้งโรงเรียน มีคนเข้ามาจีบเป็นสิบๆ คน ยกเว้นคนที่เธอรอคอยอยู่คนเดียว.....โชน
แล้วเรื่องราวความรักของน้ำจะเป็นอย่างไร โชนจะหันมาสนใจเธอมั้ย
สุดท้ายแล้วความรัก ความฝัน กับความเป็นจริง จะได้พบกันเมื่อไหร่ เวลาคงเป็นคำตอบของทุกอย่างเอง
