If you want to lose weight...
You just need to hit the gym and restrict your calorie intake na...
Drink plenty of liquids, preferably water...
Cut out all smoke & drinks...
Do low impact aerobic to start out or if you are not sure...just start running in your neighborhood or go to the park and run laps around the park.
